At Yesterdays Thrift Shop, we want you to love your vintage finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit. Please ensure all items remain in their original pre-loved condition with all shop tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our customer portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the garments in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring the thrift shop hangtags are clearly visible.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Store Credit
Once our team inspects the vintage condition of your return, we will issue a digital gift card to your email within 5 business days.
